Acceptance Of These Terms And Conditions

Registering for membership allows you full access to the Service, including posting on the forums. Use of this Service is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You are required to read all these Terms and Conditions and to complete the registration details before being registered as a member. You agree to provide accurate and true information as prompted by the registration form and to promptly provide updates if this data should change.

1. Modification & Amendments

The Service includes online forums where members may post comments and replies to other posts, send and receive private messages from other members, etc. The administration may, without obligation to its members, limit the time or space for storage of forum postings, private messages or any other uploaded compositions or items.

Limits may also be imposed on the size of any forum postings or private messages. The administration reserves the right to modify or discontinue features of this Service at any time and such alterations will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. The administration may also choose to discontinue the Service at any time without notice.


3. Password and Account Access

On registration, you will be provided with a password for your membership access. You may change your password at any time by going to your Control Panel and choosing "Edit Your Basic Profile."

You agree to make a reasonable effort to use a password that others cannot guess. (You should not use important dates, names of significant others/friends/family/pets, etc.) You agree not to reveal your password to any other person (including significant others, friends, etc.).

You shall be responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur from its use. Your username and password are also stored in a cookie on any computer from which you login. If you do not manually logout (by clicking "Logout"), that information will remain on that computer. Should any other person gain access to your account here due to that information remaining on any given computer, you shall be responsible for all activities that occur from its use.

You agree not to attempt to learn or guess the password of any other member, nor try to gain access to any other member's account via any other method.

Please note that no one in the administration can obtain your password. It is encrypted in the database, so even anyone with server access cannot find out what your password is.


4. Your Use Of The Service

You acknowledge that the Service is a public communication available for public viewing and contributions and that it is not an exclusive or private forum. By your use of the Service you agree that:

You will abide by any and all rules and guidelines set forth by the administration, written or unwritten, which are in existence now, or which are set forth in the future;

While feuclass82 reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these Terms and Conditions, at the discretion of the administration, you acknowledge that the administration is under no obligation to monitor any post or to edit or remove any content. You acknowledge that feuhighschool82 does not warrant that it can supply continuous access to the Service and does not accept liability for any interruption for any period.


5. Improper Use

By your use of the Service, you agree not to do any of the following:

You may terminate your membership at any time by notifying the administration via pm to any administrator. On termination, the administration will delete your username and all of your related personal information (such as your profile and preferences).
